Deep Cleaning Base Rate: $250 for up to 5 rooms 

Additional services may include the same add-ons listed above or other custom cleaning services depending on the home’s condition. 

Custom Cleaning 

Pricing for the following services is provided by custom quote only: 

• Move-in cleaning 

• Move-out cleaning 

• Post-construction cleaning 

• Commercial cleaning 

• Large properties or special cleaning requests 

Final pricing depends on:

Refund Policy 

Service Cancellations
